Online Form Blocks & Submission Actions

After titling your form choosing an image (if being hosted) and color options, you then have the option to add form blocks to capture more information from the user.

Form Blocks

The only required field is a mobile number, but other options include:

• Subscriber Fields
  • Name
  • Email
• Location Fields
• Custom Fileds
• Payment
• Text (headings & paragraphs)
• Images & Embedded videos

Organize & Post Submit

• To restructure format simply drag and drop the form blocks using the arrows on the left hand side. Preview of the form is located on the right hand of the screen
• Post submit option
  • Display a "Thank You" Message
  • Direct them to your Website
• Tag subscribers to understand who joined your list from your form.
