Exporting Order Data

Viewing Orders from Text-to-Buy Campaigns

To begin exporting orders, navigate to the Commerce > Orders section and select Export Orders. A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to choose specific campaigns. Select the campaign associated with the orders you wish to export. If no data appears, it may be because the campaign has not yet been sent out. You can also filter the data based on In-Store pick up and Delivery. The system will generate a CSV file containing all orders from the selected campaign, which you should save for further processing.

Exporting Order Information

There are a few ways the exporting of orders is used, not only for understanding the full order list information, but can also be used for analysis and learning trends of the order data.

After a Text-to-Buy Campaign has been sent you you are able to view the orders and export for a specific campaign.

The export section allows you to filter by Order Status & Delivery Method (ship, or in-store pickup). Ensure you are choosing the right Text-to-Buy Campaign or Product before exporting.

The CSV Export has columns of order size, prizing, name, address and blank columns of tracking numbers and carrier information that you can provide to the supplier to fill out.
