Tip:

Dynamic Segmentation:

Segments are dynamic and update automatically based on set criteria, such as the length of time a customer has been on the list or their purchase history. This ensures the segment remains relevant over time. Segments allow merchants to create subgroups within their main list to target individuals for specific campaigns or strategic initiatives, such as win-back campaigns or special offers for first-time purchases.

A/B Testing

The ability to create A/B groups for testing different campaign variations. For example, sending different discount offers to different halves of a segment to see which performs better.

Automatic Updates

Segments automatically updated when the criteria are met or not met anymore, ensuring that lists stay current without manual intervention.

Campaign History Engagement

Segments can be created based on engagement with previous campaigns, such as whether a customer clicked on a link or responded to a campaign, allowing for follow-up targeting.

Advanced Filtering

Extensive filtering options such as targeting based on city, state, zip code, email presence, and more, allowing for highly specific and localized campaigns.

Customer Profiling

Merchants can create segments based on various attributes like join date, purchase history, total purchases, and specific behaviors (e.g., clicking links). This enables precise targeting.
